CUSTOMER PORTAL INFORMATION

We are excited to announce the new online customer portal for both individuals and group administrators. The portal allows you to log in and conveniently manage your account 24/7.

As an Individual Participant, you can sign up for online access and update personal contact information, view membership coverage/effective dates, make payments online, and view previous payment and order history.

For Group Administrators, you can sign up for online access and make changes online at any time. As the administrator of the legal plan account, you can easily add/cancel members, update personal contact information, view memberships, prior payment history, and make payments online. When membership changes are made to your account, they are submitted to Hylant for final approval and updated within the customer portal. This provides a real-time snapshot of your current membership rosters, minimizing potential mistakes - which could result in a delay of verification of coverage or denied claims. (Please note, for member reinstatements, you will need to contact Hylant for additional assistance).
