If a Plan Attorney is not available in your area, you are always welcome to choose your own attorney.

What is the benefit of working with a Plan Attorney?
Using an FOP Legal Defense Plan Attorney provides unlimited coverage for eligible legal expenses. Any attorney can become a Plan Attorney by simply completing our application and meeting the Plan’s eligibility criteria.
