Legal Defense Plan

This program is designed specifically to cover exposures faced by participants of the FOP Legal Defense Plan. There are three types of coverage available:

  • Administrative, civil, and criminal Coverage for active-duty law enforcement who need on or off the job administrative coverage
  • Civil and criminal coverage for active-duty law enforcement who do not need administrative coverage
  • Concealed carry coverage for retired law enforcement providing civil and criminal coverage
